Here are some of my favourite products from the past month...
Bobbi Brown Corrector £16.50
No-one diffuses darkness around the eye like Bobbi Brown! She has a number of great under eye products (I also really love the Tinted Eye Brightener) but this month I’ve been using the corrector both for myself (my shade is Light Bisque) and my brides, who love the results! With a slightly pinky/peach colour to neutralise darkness, the creamy consistency blends perfectly into the skin making you look like you’ve had 48 hours of uninterrupted sleep!
I had bought this product quite a while ago and rediscovered it this month while re-organising some of my personal make-up. I reminds me of the kind of glow you get from Clarins Beauty Flash, but I find it more versatile as it can be used both under and over make-up. I like it apply it on the high points of my face (cheekbones, centre forehead, bridge of nose and chin) to give a radiant lift to the skin. And because it contains a very fine powder, it also helps keep make-up in place. Perfect if you have a dry or dull complexion.
MAC 217 Blending Brush £14.50
Probably the most versatile brush I own. Great for both cream and powder products, I use this brush for concealing blemishes and darkness around the eyes, for applying and blending eyeshadow and for highlighting. Five stars!
